Though there are not many differences between elderly day care and
nursing homes, but the major differences stand out. If your loved one can get
around but is not safe in their home, an assisted care home might be the best
place for them. On the other hand, if your loved one’s has progressed to a
place where they need round-the-clock care, then a nursing home may be the
right choice.
