Does the palliative care mean the end of life?

Does the palliative care mean the end of life?

No, palliative care does not mean the end of life in many occasions. Patient’s battling ailments like cancer, heart disease, kidney disease, and other life-threatening diseases can undergo palliative care from the time they are diagnosed to recovery if that is the case. If in case the medical treatments are not successful, the patient can be transferred to hospice service when the time is near for the end of the life care.
